Golf Registration (Group) - Includes Dinner Reception – $400.00
Group registration for golf outing (foursome): includes lunch on the course and dinner reception at China Chef. PLEASE PROVIDE THE NAMES OF THE OTHER PERSONS IN YOUR PARTY IN THE "GUEST" FIELD AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM. Golf registration ends on Friday, September 15 at 5PM.
Golf Registration (Individual) - Includes Dinner Reception – $100.00
Includes lunch on the course and admission to reception at China Chef. Golf registration ends on Friday, September 15 at 5PM.
Registration for Dinner Reception Only (General Admission) – $50.00
Reception beings at 3pm at China Chef in Morton Grove. Ticket sales end on Friday, September 16 at 5pm.
Registration for Dinner Reception Only (Law Student) – $25.00
Reception beings at 3pm at China Chef in Morton Grove. Ticket sales end on Friday, September 16 at 5pm.
Table Reservation for Dinner Reception (10 Seats) – $500.00

On Saturday, September 23 join us at Tam O'Shanter Golf Course for the 2023 Fall Fiesta! For the third year in a row, FALA Chicago will host an afternoon of golf and other friendly competitions, followed by a networking reception and dinner, which will take place at China Chef in Morton Grove.

Please register by September 20 at 5pm. (When registering a golf foursome, please provide the names of the other persons in your party via "guest" registration field at the bottom of the form.)

12pm - Check in for golf
12:55pm - tee time

Golf registration includes round of 9 holes.

Additional games include hole-in-one contests, golf ball launcher competition, and the cash landing, longest drive, longest putt, and closest to the pin showdowns.

3pm - Networking Reception and Dinner
